Engineering capabilities that move products forward

System-level design across sensing, control and measurement, built around the actual application.

Intelligent instrumentation design

Starting from sensor selection and analog front end, the instrument is designed around measurement range, accuracy, repeatability, response time and environmental conditions. Covers signal conditioning, ADC sampling, filtering, calibration, display and communication interfaces.

Thermal imaging and infrared measurement

For thermal image capture, temperature distribution analysis and hotspot detection: module selection, interface integration, image display, area temperature measurement, threshold alarms and data recording.

Embedded hardware and firmware

MCU and ARM hardware and firmware developed together around power, real-time behaviour and interface requirements. Includes drivers, state machines, control logic, fault handling and upgrade mechanisms.

Data acquisition and host software

Stable acquisition from sensors, instruments or multiple devices into a host application, covering communication, timestamping, buffering, display and export. Interfaces include UART, RS485/Modbus, USB and Ethernet.

A development plan you can verify

Define specifications and boundaries first, then choose the technical route. Every stage produces a checkable output, reducing the risk of discovering a mismatch after the build.

  1. Requirement reviewApplication, users, target object, environment, existing documentation and mandatory specifications.
  2. Concept and risk assessmentHardware, firmware, algorithm, mechanical and software workload, key components and prototype path.
  3. Prototype and integrationDesign and prototype work, then integration against real inputs, loads, interfaces and environmental conditions.
  4. Acceptance and deliveryVerify functions and specifications, and hand over design files, source code, interface documentation and known limitations.

Start with the application. Build a verifiable solution.

Electronics design for real-world use

Shanghai Qunxin Electronics was founded in 2004 and develops custom electronic products for consumer and industrial applications, covering measurement, control, acquisition and smart equipment.

  • Requirement and concept reviewBreak down hardware, firmware, algorithm, mechanical and software effort; assess key components and technical risk.
  • Hardware and firmware togetherSynchronised development avoids interface rework late in the project.
  • Prototype debugging and acceptanceIntegration against real inputs, loads, interfaces and environmental conditions, with issues recorded and iterated.
  • Documentation and handoverDesign files, source code, interface documentation and known limitations, with clearly defined follow-up support.
